Charles Mobbs, PhD

Founder & CEO

Dr. Mobbs is an award-winning scientist, professor and mentor to fellow scholars. He founded Gilga-Med Inc. to channel over 30 years of his contributions to scientific discovery towards helping each household battling diseases of aging.

Ms. Kotlyar leads Gilga-Med's short- and long-term business operations with focus on strategic initiatives, team and company performance and growth. She establishes policies that promote company vision and culture across all areas of business.

CSO & Project Coordinator

Dr. Isoda, a postdoctoral fellow at Mt. Sinai and CSO at Gilga-Med, oversees the lab and scientific projects, and strongly supports the company's vision with her brilliance and accomplishments in the field of molecular biology.

Charles Mobbs, PhD

While Founder & CEO of Gilga-Med, Dr. Charles Mobbs is also a professor at the Icahn School of Medicine in the departments of Neuroscience, Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine, Endocrinology, Diabetes and Bone Disease. His multi-disciplinary training areas are in Artificial Intelligence and Emerging Technologies in Medicine.

Dr. Jian Jin is an internationally recognized, tenured professor, medicinal chemist and chemical biologist with over 20 years of experience in small-molecule drug discovery.  He is also an inventor of >70 issued U.S. patents and published international patent applications.

Christopher Kellner, MD

Christopher Kellner, MD, is Mt. Sinai’s Assistant Professor in Neurosurgery, a Director of the Intracerebral Hemorrhage Program and Principal Investigator of the Cerebrovascular Translational Laboratory. He uses 3D models and virtual reality to describe complex procedures to patients and to rehearse a surgery prior to the real thing.
