Gilga-Med has identified over 50 novel compounds that delay age-related proteotoxicity in a C. elegans model of Alzheimer's disease.
Most compounds penetrated the brain at high concentrations after basic oral delivery!
Some of same compounds reduce proteotoxicity in a C. elegans model of Huntington's disease.
